4. Not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable law.
5. Not be a current or former employee, contractor, director or immediate family member of an employee of megawin88 or any affiliated entity, unless prior written consent has been obtained.
6. Not have been subject to a permanent account suspension or self-exclusion order on megawin88 or any related platform.

Registration and KYC

Each eligible individual may register one Account only on megawin88. Multiple accounts held by the same individual or household may be closed at megawin88's discretion, and associated balances may be reviewed.

megawin88 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point during the Account lifecycle. This KYC process may require the User to submit one or more of the following:

• A valid Malaysian identity document (MyKad, Passport or driver's licence).
• Proof of current residential address, such as a utility bill, bank statement or official correspondence issued within the past three months.
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted identity document.
• Proof of payment method ownership, such as a screenshot or statement confirming the account holder's name.

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request may result in the suspension of deposit, withdrawal or wagering functions until verification is satisfactorily completed. megawin88 processes KYC submissions securely and in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Terms of Use

By accessing the megawin88 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful personal entertainment purposes. You further agree that:

Intellectual Property

Nothing in this Agreement grants Users a licence to reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from megawin88 content for commercial purposes.

Game titles, provider logos and payment method names displayed on the Platform belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on megawin88 is for informational or integration purposes and does not imply endorsement or ownership.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, megawin88 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental or punitive losses arising from a User's access to or use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from wagering decisions made by the User.
• Disruption of service caused by third-party payment providers, telecommunications infrastructure or force-majeure events.
• Losses arising from a User's failure to maintain adequate account security.
• Any reliance placed on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate or outdated.

Nothing in this clause limits megawin88's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Amendments

megawin88 reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated review date. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Governing Law
